DupSniper privacy policy

DupSniper is a Shopify app that helps merchants find and clean up duplicate products.

Data we store

For each installed shop we store the shop domain, the offline session Shopify gives the app, scan settings, and the product fields needed to explain a duplicate group: title, handle, vendor, status, SKU, barcode, options, and a product image URL. We do not request customer data and we do not store orders or customer records.

How long we keep it

Scan rows are replaced by the next completed scan. Uninstalling the app deletes the session and the shop's scan data. A shop redact request deletes the same rows.
